Randomly ran into Kuf Knotz last night at a jam session put together by his guitarist Tom Copson, Jr. at Lickety Split. It was a fun evening with different people grabbing the mic to lay down a verse or two. Kuf told me about a FREE performance that he will be doing tonight at the Kimmel Center with The Spinning Leaves. If you’ve had a chance to walk by the Kimmel Center lately, you probably noticed that they recreated the base of the Eiffel Tower with lights in their front lobby. It looks pretty dope. Well, Kuf Knotz and The Spinning Leaves will have that beautiful setting as a background for their performance this evening. I suggest any fans of either acts bring their cameras because it should make for some sweet pics. I couldn’t find any details about the event anywhere on the Kimmel Center’s website, but it’s apparently going down. I love seeing shows in different rooms and unique settings.
