Minerva Lions is an emerging Brooklyn band playing rather chilled alt-folk alternitevly reminiscent of Beck from the "Sea Change" period and early Gomez, although – now that I think about it – Ascension Day ( the song that made me think of Gomez) is more like a reinterpretation of Pink Folyd’s "Money". The band is getting a good amount of attention lately.
