LA based band Hot as Sun is comprised of Jamie Jackson and Deborah Stoll whom are visual, conceptual, as well as musical artists. Their self-produced EP was released in November, 2010. The record’s blissed-out atmospherics and jagged hooks have already got the critics buzzing – with spins on KCRW’s Morning Becomes Eclectic. The duo formed in May 2010, and quickly turned their live shows into a five person celebration. They also have Go Go Dancers, Fortune Cookies, and Conga serenades to give the audience a variety of unexpected live treats which vary per show.
