For a cool treat on a summer day, take a listen to Mikal Cronin’s latest single "Apathy", from his upcoming debut self-titled debut. After a minimalistic first twenty seconds, the fuzzed-out guitars kick in to take over and sweep you through the brief, but fulfilling song. It’s a tantalizing teaser to what is in store for the full album from Cronin, originally part of Orange County surf-rock band The Moonhearts. Cronin worked with and will be touring with Ty Segall for this album, and it promises to be a great one.
