SWF will perform Wednesday, November 13th at Shea Stadium (with Deleted Scenes & Unicycle Loves You) in support of his debut album, "Let It Be Told" out on Mecca Lecca earlier this fall. SWF is short for Stevie Weinstein-Foner. The self-described "lo-fi mystic of Brooklyn" sounds as if someone gave Phil Spector a fuzz pedal and a copy of Jane’s Addiction’s "Nothing’s Shocking" during his peak "wall-of-sound" days.
