PhilaMOCA will be hosting its final Tuesday Tune-Out of the year tonight, which is curated by Spazz Presents, a.k.a. promoter Jeff Blinder. This evening’s event will feature a performance by Scott Daly’s freak-out psych-pop project Aunt Dracula, which might be their last live performance for a while. There will also be a screening of the film Reflections of Evil, and you’ll get a chance to chat with its writer/director Damon Packard via Skype. The Moz – keeping things weird, as usual. PhilaMOCA, 531 12th St., 8pm, $5, All Ages – H.M. Kauffman
