The folks of Walla Fest have always passionately worked to promote and expose the Philadelphia area’s vibrant music community to their home of Norristown. This year, they have brought their annual Walla Fest to beloved Philly multi-purpose arts pace PhilaMOCA for two days of local up-and-coming artists. On Saturday, you’ll have an eclectic mix of garage-punk, hip-hop, and some more smatterings of whatever our music scene can throw at you with the likes of Mannequin Pussy, NAH, Clique, Shannen Moser, Rhetoric Wallace & Uncle Crimson, and Littler. Day 2 plays out like a lazy summer Sunday with sets from Hello Shark, Norwegians Arms, Kississippi, and Frontyards sandwiching screenings of Super Stupid!!!, Am I Next?, and He Miss Road.
