Myrrias just announced that they will be releasing a full-length album, titled Spectra, this Friday, December 2 via Jeff Zeigler’s new record label Soft Dystopia, and it will be available on cassette and digitally. The record will consist of four previously unreleased tracks as well as live recordings of songs found on their debut Endless Winter Session. They’ll be celebrating the album’s arrival next Wednesday, December 7 at Johnny Brenda’s with Valley Exit (who are also releasing their first LP), Long Spells, and Sububurban Living (DJ set). Myrrias will be taking a break from playing out live after the release show as keyboardist/vocalist Mikele Edwards prepares to give birth in the coming year (Congrats, Mikele!); however, the group will continue writing and recording as they plan to release another EP in late spring/early summer. Take their latest single, "PEAK," for a spin below, along with its B-side "My Spell," which was written by Emily Robb for the band, before forming Louie Louie.
