Singer-songwriter Molly Tuttle cleaned up the awards last year, winning the Guitar Player of the Year prize from the International Bluegrass Music Association and the Americana Music Association. Now, Tuttle has released her debut album, When You’re Ready, a showcase of her flatpicking style and personal lyricism which presents in packaged form the music that has helped to sell out shows in both the US and the UK. Tuttle released When You’re Ready just before a grand hometown show at The Basement East; days after the release, she played shows at the Savannah Music Festival and here in Nashville at the Grand Ole Opry. Tuttle takes to the sky to perform shows in the UK throughout April; she’ll return to the States to play shows and festivals throughout the spring. Take a listen to When You’re Ready below. – Will Sisskind
