Hotel Vegas is a venue that welcomes local bands with open arms. The Bad Lovers will help them kickoff their second anniversary weekend. The Bad Lovers’ surf-garage rock sound is the perfect soundtrack for a Halloween Friday. Like their name suggests they have a simple yet occasionally sloppy rock and roll sound. Nothing earthshaking but who really likes that anyways. There is nothing bad about taking it nice and easy. Released last October, their LP, Wild Times, does just that. The 15-song album is laid-back rock and roll listen that would pair well with any party.
